Delivery and tracking

To track your order go to the track my order page and insert the tracking number you received in your order shipping email.

You have 24 hours after placing your order to notify us of a change of address by e-mail to customer@thechristmasfabric.com after this time no return or refund can be granted.

24 to 72 hours are necessary to process and ship your order. The delivery time varies from 5 to 12 days depending on your delivery method and your country of delivery.

To create an account and benefit from offers and coupons on your future purchases as well as a history of your orders and direct access to your invoices go to my account page.

We deliver to all European countries and internationally. Choose your usual country in the menu at the top of the site and choose your preferred delivery method when placing your order.

Only for the French customers, you can order on our french shop at www.noel-shop.fr

Our products are sent in a single package. More rarely, for logistical reasons, we may have to make a delivery in two separate packages. If this is the case, we assume 100% of the additional cost of this second package and you do not have to pay anything.

Depending on your country of delivery, customs fees on the merchandise may apply. We invite you to check with the customs website of your country to find out if you will have to pay customs fees upon delivery of your package or not.

For your convenience, all our prices are displayed including VAT, which means that the Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in our prices at the time of payment of your order. If you are a company you can have the VAT deducted by asking us for an invoice by e-mail at customer@thechristmasfabric.com

The Christmas Fabric does not store any payment or credit card information. Our site uses verified, authorized and secure external payment processors such as Paypal or Stripe so that you can safely pay for your orders online.

Return an item, make an exchange or a refund

Return and exchange

The deadline for returns and exchanges is 14 days.

If you have received your order and you are missing a product or you have received the wrong product we invite you to contact our customer service at customer@thechristmasfabric.com

If you have received your order and your products are damaged, you need to gather all the evidence that shows that the products have been damaged during delivery.

Send us as soon as possible after receiving your package photos of the damaged packaging and the damage to the items you ordered by email to customer@thechristmasfabric.com

If you wish to obtain an exchange you must contact our customer service at customer@thechristmasfabric.com

Depending on the reason for your exchange, the cost of shipping and the number of items you wish to exchange, the shipping costs can be offered, shared with you or totally at your expense (on average 10$ USD).

If the delivery address is incorrect and the 24-hour reporting period is exceeded, we can no longer guarantee the delivery of your package and its reimbursement if we are unable to recover it.

However, you should know that we do everything possible for this kind of problem to report a change of address directly with our logistics partner so that it can change the delivery address of your package during transport; these processes are quite long so you must contact us as soon as possible at customer@thechristmasfabric.com

You can cancel or modify an order directly within a maximum of 24 hours after placing the order.

If this 24 hour period has passed and your order has already been shipped, a cancellation or modification of the order will not be possible and you will have to wait until the end of the delivery process to proceed with a return or make a new order if you wish to receive more items.
